The Islamic Will – A Practical Guide to Writing Your Will According to Shari’ah & English Law

The Islamic Will by Abdal Haqq Bewley, Aisha Bewley, and Ahmad Thomson is a concise and practical guide that helps Muslims prepare a valid will in accordance with both Islamic Shari‘ah and English law. It clearly explains the Qur’anic principles of inheritance, outlines the duties of executors and witnesses, and provides step-by-step guidance on drafting a will that ensures a Muslim’s wealth is distributed justly and lawfully after death.
