Page:03 Introduction Shaikh Muhammad Mustafa Al-Muqrea (Abu-Ethaar) Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace be upon His final Messenger Muhammad, his family, companions and all his followers. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger, sent with the best religion as a mercy to mankind. One of Allah's blessings upon His creatures is the 'remedial' aspect of Islam, and the treatment it offers for diseases, be they apparent or hidden, chronic or otherwise. Indeed, Allah has made the Qu'ran a source of refuge for mankind from all evil: يَتَأَيُّها النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ) (O mankind, now there has come to you an admonition from your Lord, and a healing for what is in the breasts, and a guidance, and a mercy to the believers.) (Younus:57), ( قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِي مَاذَانِهِمْ وَقَرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمِّى أَوَلَتَبِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مُكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ )
