Description of Book
A concise and practical guide, Muslim Personal Law offers a structured overview of the Shariʿah’s governing principles relating to key life stages—birth, childhood, marriage, divorce, death, and inheritance. While acknowledging that codifying Islam is inherently impossible, this work presents a reliable checklist of Islamic legal milestones grounded in centuries of practical application and lived experience.
