She employed simple diction to drive home her points as she talks to her Sisters as though they are conversing one-on-one. This book should be kept as a reminder, as reminder benefits the Believers. The Luteal Phase: The luteal phase is the period after ovulation and before menstruation. This phase prepares the uterus and body to either accept a fertilised egg or to start the next cycle if pregnancy does not occur and this phase starts after the 14th day and continues till the 28 days. In this phase, the follicle that releases egg during ovulation develops into a small yellow cyst, called the corpus luteum, which secretes progesterone and oestrogen that cause the uterine lining to thicken and be able to nourish a fertilised egg. If the egg is not fertilised, progesterone levels will fall and the corpus luteum will deteriorate. As a result of this, the uterus will start to shed its lining, resulting in menstruation. During this phase, you will benefit from eating healthily and steering clear of foods that can trigger period cramps, such as caffeine, added salt, and carbonated drinks."147

ourselves against illegal sexual intercourse. The O mentioned in a hadith the reward that comes with having halal intimacy with a lawful spouse104 and Allah established the punishment for
committing fornication in the noble Quran.
The other story I was informed about is that of a man who got married to a second wife who also had HIV. Apparently, most intending couples do not take thorough laboratory work and tests seriously. Incidentally, the marriage was contracted with the new wife not disclosing her health status to her husband. As Allah willed, the man contracted the virus from her and the first wife was affected too!
A sincere Muslimah should not hide something as crucial as this from her spouse. A God-fearing person should not intentionally bring harm on others. This shows why all parties to a polygyny must conduct all necessary tests before a nikah with a new wife is conducted.

relationship that is built on love, mercy and kindness is a successful relationship. When a caring man leaves his family on a business trip
or a journey for some other purposes, it takes the grace of Allah for his wife to hold back her tears, knowing that she would miss her husband. This can only happen where there is love between the couple. Such a connection between couples is a feeling of alignment that goes beyond mere physical attraction. Rather, it feels like you are connecting on a deeper level, and you feel secure in such a connection.
In all relationships including marriage, trust is a fundamental element. Trust becomes particularly important when the relationship is long distant-
