Marriage in Islam

must be 'äqidan (contracting parties) who are required to communicate the ijab (offer) and qabul (acceptance). There must be a waliyy (the guardian) of the woman that is to be married. Without the clear consent of a woman's guardian, a marriage cannot be valid." It is against the shari'ah for a waliyy to force or coerce his daughter to marry someone she does not love or someone she does not want to get married to. Her clear consent must be sought and obtained. Love is indispensible in a marriage. Any marriage that lacks love is bound to fail. Allah says:
وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
17 Allah says: "then, marry them with their people's leave" [Q4:25]

Holding or Reciting the Qur'an in a State of Junub (Sexual Impurity)
1-Imam ibn Hajar reported a hadith in his Bulu-

ghul Maram that suggests prohibition of holding the Qur'an in a state of junub or any form of major impurity.321 The Hadith was narrated by Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr . The hadith is dha'eef (weak) according to Sheikh Al-Albani.322 Sheikh Al-Bassam, however, said in his explanation of the hadith that it is better not to hold the Qur'an in a state of impurity. This is one of the ways of honouring the Qur'an. But the hadith of 'Aishah where the Messenger said her haidh (menstruation is not in her hand) implies the
