الحجج النحوية
(كان) أو (استقر). وحجته في ذلك أن الفاعل عامل النصب في الظرف
و محل المجرور ، والأصل في العامل أن يكون فعلاً .(۱) .
وذهب ابن السراج (ت ٣١٦ هـ) وغيره إلى أن تقديره (كائن) أو (مستقر ) (۲) بحجة أن أصل الخبر أن يكون مفردًا ... ووجه ثان أنك إذا قدرت فعلاً كان جملة وإذا قدرت اسمًا كان مفردًا ، وكلما قل الإضمار والتقدير كان أولى» (٣) .
والراجح عندي أنه إذا أُريدَ الحدوث قدّر فعل بحسب الزمن ، وإذا أريد الثبوت قدر اسم. فإذا قلت : القط كالنمر قدرت اسما (كائن) ولا تقدر فعلاً. ونحوه الأرض كالكرة). وتقول : (الجنة تحت ظلال السيوف) . . . إنه لا يصح تقدير فعل هنا . فتقدير الفعل (استقرّت) يعني أنها كانت على غير ذاك فاستقرت الآن على هذا، ولا يحسن تقدير (تكون) أو (تستقر) لما فيه من الحدوث والتجدد وإنما هو أمر ثابت فتقدّر كائنة. ومثله (الحمد الله) فإنه لا يحسن تقدير (استقر) بل الأولى أن يقدّر (كائن ) ) )
ومثل هذا في القرآن كثير من ذلك قوله تعالى : ( فَهِيَ كَالْحِجَارَة [البقرة : ٧٤] ، وقوله : فيهِمَا إِثْمُ كَبِيرُ ﴾ [البقرة : ۲۱۹] ، وقوله : ﴿ وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَر كالأنثى ) [آل عمران : (٣٦] ، وقوله : ﴿ إِنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللهِ ﴾ [آل عمران : ٧٣]، وقوله : وَقَالَ اللهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ ﴾ [المائدة : ١٢]. وغير ذلك من الآيات .
إن الخبر في هذه الآيات يتعلق بمحذوف تقديره (كائن) أو (مستقر) ، ولا أرى أنه يحسن تقدير (استقر ) لأن المعنى يأبى ذلك التقدير .

جاء هذا القسم في مبحثين أيضًا المبحث الأول في المبني من الأفعال ، وقد بدأنا به لأن الأصل فى الأفعال البناء والمبحث الثاني في
المعرب منها .
وسنقف على موضوعات في كل من المبحثين لنرى - كل من المبحثين لنرى حجج النحاة فيها :
المبحث الأول
المبني من الأفعال
الأفعال المبنية تشمل الفعل الماضي وفعل الأمر والفعل المضارع المتصل اتصالاً مباشرًا بنوني التوكيد الثقيلة والخفيفة والمتصل بنون النسوة. ومن موضوعات هذا المبحث ما يأتي :
بناء الفعل الماضي على الفتح
الأصل في المبني أن يكون ساكنا. فلما رأى النحاة أن الفعل الماضي مبني على الفتح خارجًا بذلك عن الأصل بينوا سبب ذلك .
فذهب سيبويه والمبرد وغيرهما إلى أن سبب ذلك هو أن فيه بعض ما في الفعل المضارع ، إذ ينعت به كما ينعت بالمضارع ، تقول : (هذا رجل أكرمنا) فتصف به النكرة، كما تقول : (هذا رجلٌ يكرمنا، ومكرمنا).
