Description of Book

Fleeing from the Fire, known as Hell, is the final destination for those who do not believe in Allah, break His laws, and reject His messengers. It represents an unimaginable punishment, filled with agony and despair, as described by Allah and His messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). The righteous predecessors were known to regularly remind themselves of the Hereafter and the impending judgement of Allah. For example, when 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab felt the heat of a fire, he reminded himself of the eternal flames of Hell. This self-criticism shows a true understanding of the fear of being punished in Hell. Learning about the terrifying descriptions and punishments of the Fire is a powerful motivator to avoid its path. As mentioned in the Quran, "It is indeed an evil abode and a terrible place." (Al-Furqan, 66) In his book, Imam Ibn Rajab presents many narrations and statements from scholars that warn against the Fire
