The happiest with my intercession on the Day of Judgement is the one who says 'La ilaha illa Allah' sincerely from his heart.19
Examine this statement carefully: "sincerely from his heart" indicating no signs of showing off nor hypocrisy. Rather he only says it sincerely from his heart. So here the Prophet) has made Ikhlas a condition of an individual's declaration and that it originates from a heart that is sincere to Allah alone. The one making it does not intend from this statement any benefit from the affairs of the dunya (worldly desires); he only says it sincerely seeking Allah's Face.
'Khuluş'20 is purity and refinement which is free from the taint of shirk or showing off, his Iman is sincere. Thus, it is befitting of the individual to be sincere to Allah, the Most High, with this declaration. Ikhlas is for Allah alone, the Lord of the worlds, so he does not
associate any partners at all with Allah in his worship and intent.
Allah, the Most High, said in the ḥadīth qudsi:
أَنَا أَغْنَى الشَّرَكَاءِ عَنْ الشِّرْكِ، مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا أَشْرَكَ فِيهِ مَعِي غَيْرِي تَرَكْتُهُ
وَشِرْكَهُ
I am so Self-Sufficient that I am in no need of having an associate. Thus, he who does an action for someone else's sake as well as Mine; I abandon him and his shirk.
This confirms that the place and source of Ikhlas is in the heart and it originates from the heart as our Prophet () had clearly stated: "sincerely from his heart".

Seventh Condition: Acceptance (Qabul)
Acceptance which negates refusing.
This means that you accept this statement (what it means and implies) and not refuse it and your acceptance of it means that you are pleased with it without the slightest hint of arrogance.
The statement "La ilaha illa Allah" has a great significance; so, you are pleased with it and what it entails. You are not arrogant as the mushrikūn (polytheists) were in the past when they said:
Has he made the gods all into One Ilah (God). Verily,
this is a curious thing!31
And as Allah, the Most High, said:
إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
Truly, when it was said to them: "La ilaha illa Allāh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah)", they puffed themselves up with pride (i.e. denied it).
This was a clear demonstration of arrogance from them.
