been guided to push myself harder on my businesses, my writing because perhaps God has something in the pipeline for me right this instant, I trust in God and even though today felt like it was a 'bad day and I didn't feel like writing, maybe these exact words will help even just one person to keep persevering, and keep going on their path, because it really will get better, but enjoy it now, make it better
now, plan your days, get things done.
Make a priority list of things to get done, then spend conscious hours actually doing them, it easier to do them then it is to become conscious of the fact that you need to actually get things done remember what your reasons are, to please God, to provide for your family, to retire your mum, to setup your future family with financial freedom and to be able to just generally be a present, loving person to those around you. May Allah grant us all our dreams that are good for us and continue to protect us from any and all evil AllahummaAmeen.
Du'a is so underrated. It is a literal bubble of protection. Except it isn't a bubble, it is more like a steel fortress surrounding our individual metaphysical realities, when we think of du'a like this it really shifts our perspective. Thinking of du'a like this, grants us a deeper and more appreciative understanding of God, knowing that He has quite literally, 'got our back' and when we have this certainty, any arrows of evil that could have originally had our names on it - are instead repelled and simply bounce off our fortresses of du'a. This is why consistency and sincerity in our du'a is so important, even when we feel like we don't have to pray today because everything is going wel and we have been blessed with ease we get up and pray regardless du'a is what brought us to where we are now in the first place-al because we know in our hearts, and it is ingrained into our DNA that goodness, and blessing, and ease, and prosperity and protection R.I
from evil and harm originated from our prayers in the first place, so we should in turn, be grateful for the opportunity to be grateful. Salat, at its core is simply du'a, God doesn't need our prayers - yet when we turn to Him with full submission we are literally given success, and peace - and when we turn away, we face such difficulties that remind us how much we actually need God - I feel like this is such a simple and clear explanation, and when we view life from this lens it all just becomes so much simpler, so much clearer and with so much less of a veil. Alhamdulilah that God has given us the ability to actively repent evil and has given us so many chances to purify ourselves through the goodness He has shown us and given to us, in our family, in the Holy Qur'an, in the nature. I personally love to pray for God's continued mercy, despite all our minor and major shortcomings we are still provided everything we could ever need. Allah is truly so merciful, and we should sit in prayer and remember that sometimes, just to sit and contemplate on that beautiful, true, objective fact is a blessing within itself. Thank God that we can even eat food, and drink water, and spend time doing whatever we like, within the halal of course. But how does this all relate to balancing the worldly life and Islam? Simple, just remembering that, whatever we are doing - whether physically trying to make money, or repeatedly checking our investments, or writing our assignments, God's favour is upon us, He sees us trying, we just must keep our intentions pure and do good with whatever we are given when it is bestowed upon us.
There are days where it is easy to undergo our tasks, there are days where it is the hardest thing ever, there are days where it is neither - but still seems a bit off, all these days we must turn up. We must try regardless, the days where it is extremely difficult are the days that make us, you may notice that after a 'bad' day, you have a few very amazing weeks or months
