Islam the Perfect Religion
blessed Ayah that He has perfected for us our religion, never to wane and never to be in need of any addition. That is the reason why our Prophet (bpuh) was the last of the Prophets (peace be upon them all). Allah also stated that He has chosen Islam for us as religion and that He will not change it. That is why He declared that He will not accept any other religion whatsoever:
الله ومن يبتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ
الخَسِرِينَ )
(سورة آل عمران ۳: ۸۵)
If anyone desires a religion other than Islam [submission to Allah] never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost. (Qur'an 3: 85) And He says:
(سورة آل عمران ۳ (۱۹)
وإِنَّ الدِّينَ عِندَ اللَّهِ الْإِسْلَام .
The Religion with Allah is Islam. [Submission to His Will]...) (Qur'an 3: 19)
In the perfection of the religion and the revelation of all His Commands, there is all blessing of this world and the Hereafter. It is for this reason that He says:
(سورة المائدة ٥: ٣)
... وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي ...
... Completed My favour upon you.
(Qur'an 5: 3)
This Ayah is a clear manifestation that Islam left nothing
unexplained whatever the creation needed for the life in this.

In the Name of Allah, All-Compassionate, All-Merciful
All praise be to Allah, the Exalted, and Blessings and Peace be upon His Messenger Muhammad, his family, Companions and whoever follows his path until the Day of Judgement.
I delivered this lecture in the Prophet's Mosque in response to the desire of H. M. the King of Morocco. Some of my brothers later requested for its publication for general benefits. I agreed, hoping that Allah makes it beneficial.
Allah, the All-High, says:
...This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion...> (Qur'an 5: 3) This Ayah (verse) was revealed when the Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and peace be upon him) was standing at 'Arafat on Friday in the evening. It was the Farewell Pilgrimage of the Messenger of Allah (bpuh). The Prophet (bpuh) lived eighty- one days after this Ayat's revelation.
Who is Muhammad al-Ameen ash-Shinqeeti?
