خواتین کا طریقہ نماز ؟
ہر مسلمان کو غور و فکر کی دعوت
نماز اسلام کا ایک اہم ترین فریضہ اسلام کے ارکان خمسہ میں سے ایک رکن اور کفر و
اسلام کے درمیان فرق کرنے والا عمل ہے۔ اس سے نماز کی اہمیت وفضیلت واضح ہے۔ لیکن ایک مخصوص فقہ کے پابند حضرات نے جن کی برصغیر پاک و ہند میں اکثریت ہے اپنی عورتوں کے لیے نماز کا ایک ایسا طریقہ تجویز کیا ہوا ہے جو مردوں سے مختلف ہے اور ان کی عورتیں اسی طریقے سے نماز پڑھتی ہیں۔ یہ طریقہ اگر احادیث سے ثابت ہوتا تو ظاہر بات ہے اس پر اعتراض کی گنجائش نہ ہوتی بلکہ سب کے لیے اس کی پابندی ضروری ہوتی ۔ لیکن ہمارا دھوئی ہے کہ اس فرق واختلاف کی کوئی صحیح بنیاد نہیں ہے، یعنی کسی حدیث سے یہ ثابت نہیں۔ ہماری دعوت ہے کہ آپ اس دعوے کو جانچیں پر کھیں اور اس پر غور کریں۔ اگر یہ دھوئی صحیح ہے (جس کے پرکھنے کے لیے اس کتاب کا غیر جانبداری سے مطالعہ ان شاء اللہ کافی ہوگا ) تو فقہی جمود کو تو ڑ کر اپنی عورتوں کی نماز سنت نبوی کے مطابق کریں۔ اور اگر ملاحظہ کتاب کے بعد بھی آپ اس میں بیان کردہ دلائل سے مطمئن نہ ہوں تو اپنے علماء سے ہمارے دلائل کا جواب طلب کریں اور ہمیں ان سے آگاہ کریں۔ اگر وہ اس فرق و اختلاف کی ایک بھی صحیح مرفوع حدیث پیش کر دیں گئے تو ہمیں اس دعوے سے رجوع کرنے میں کوئی تامل نہیں ہوگا۔ ھاتوا برهانکم ان کنتم صادقین اگر بچے ہو تو اپنی دلیل پیش کرو ۔“
