he virtues and benefits of remembering Allah and supplicating to Him are described in the booklet from the writings of sheikh Ibn Baz. This book is a very short book which explains the merits and virtue of the remembrance [dikr] of Allah. One can read it in one setting in less than an hour. The first half of the book references verses from the Quran to explain the virtue of "dikr" of Allah. The second half of the book references ahadiths to explain the same. At the end of the book there are some ahadiths with duaa's taught by our Prophet [PBUH] to his companions. The arabic print is very good with harakath and can be read very easily. Over all this book will be an excellent addition to a person's collection of islamic books and will also make a nice inexpensive gift. I recommend it highly

I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah alone, Who has no partner, and I testify that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger. From the best behavior of man, and the best thing that his tongue can say, is the abundant remembrance of Allaah, glorifying Him, praising Him, and reciting His Magnificent Book (the Qur'aan). Also from these virtuous deeds is the sending of blessings and peace upon Allaah's Messenger, Muhammad *, and making an abundance of supplications (Du'aa') to Allaah, asking Him for all of one's needs in this life and in the hereafter. This includes seeking His assistance and turning to Him with true faith, sincerity and humility. With an attentive
