The Islamic Concept of Justice by Umar Ahmed Kassir
This Islamic book delves into the concept of justice in the Qur'an and Sunnah, emphasizing its importance and role in avoiding disputes and oppression. The author highlights how Allah has mandated justice and fairness for all people and urges mankind to abide by this principle in their dealings and decisions, as outlined in Islamic Law. Drawing from the Quran and Sunnah, the book illustrates how justice is a crucial aspect of the Islamic Creed and stands in stark contrast to oppression, which is strongly condemned by Allah (swt) and the Prophet Muhammad (saw). The book also examines instances of justice in early Islamic discourse, including during the time of the rightly guided Khulafah (rulers).

Introduction In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 11 praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His AA Aid, and ask for His Forgiveness. We seek Refuge with Allah from the evil of ourselves and from the evil of our actions. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can misguide, and whomsoever Allah misguides, none can guide. Glory be to Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, for there is no deity but Allah. I testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, having no partners, and I testify that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger. He conveyed the Mission, advised his Ummah, relieved it of its affliction, and left us on the Straight Path. 5
