6.9 BLOOD ENDING AT THE MAXIMUM
When blood ends at the menstrual maximum, it means that it stopped exactly at 10 complete days (240 hours). Thus, the ghusl time is not added to the habit because menstruation can never be
more than 10 complete days (240 hours).
There can be no increase in the maximum time. When the maximum is reached, the state of menstruation ends.
Is delaying the ghusl necessary?
No. The possible days of menses are over and there is no chance of menstrual blood returning after it has stopped.
Is the ghusl time added to her habit?
No. As shown in Diagram 6d, whenever blood stops at the maximum, the ghusl time is not added to the habit. Menstruation ends at 240 hours. The ghusl time is part of the purity time (tuhr). For example, a woman last saw blood at the completion of 10 days (240 hours) at 4 pm. She does not add the ghusl time to her end time. Thus, she is free from the state of menses at 4 pm.

ENOUGH TIME TO SAY ALLAH BEFORE PRAYER TIME EXITS
3:55 pm
ASR ENTERS
A woman's bleeding stops at 10 complete days (240 hours) at 3:55 pm. 'Aşr enters at 4 pm.
►Legally, she is free from menstruation at 3:55 pm. There is enough time to say 'Allah' from 'Allahu Akbar' before the prayer time exits. Technically, she must perform the Zuhr prayer.
►However, she is still within a state of major ritual impurity until she takes a ghusl. She cannot pray in this state.
▸ As a result, after her ghusl is finished, she is required to make up the Zuhr prayer before she prays the 'Aşr prayer, but she is not sinful for missing the Zuhr prayer.
◆ Does she owe the prayer of that time?
Depends. From the time the blood stops, if a woman has enough time to say 'Allah' from 'Allahu Akbar' before the prayer time exits, she owes the prayer of that time, even if she has not yet taken the ghusl. Practically speaking, this is the length of a moment. The consideration for owing prayers returns to the woman's state within the last moment of the prayer time. When the maximum is reached, she is no longer in a state of menses. As such, she is legally in a time of purity (tuhr), and the ritual prayer is due upon her.

114 The Chusl & Related Questions
◆ Is her fast valid if the bleeding stops before Fajr? Depends. From the time the maximum is reached to the entrance of Fajr, if a woman has enough time to say 'Allah' from 'Allahu Akbar,' her fast will count, even if Fajr enters while she is taking a ghusl. This is because she is free from the state of menstruation when Fajr enters. Otherwise, the fast is not valid.
She must also make up the 'Isha' and witr prayers before praying her Fajr prayer, but she is not sinful for missing them.
