go to a second prostration in the way as you did for the first
Saying Allahu Akbar, rise from the prostration and sit briefly (Jalsat-ul-Istirahah) before standing up for the second rak'ah.
Start the second rak'ah by reciting Al-Fatihah and repeat all the actions of the first rak'ah.

or to your ears; keep the fingers stretched and make the palms face the Qiblah.

Say: Allahu Akbar
