Saheeh International is a widely recognized name associated with one of the most popular English translations of the Qur’an. It is not a traditional “brand” or publishing company, but rather a translation project produced by a team of scholars and translators.

The translation was completed in 1997 by three American Muslim women—Umm Muhammad (Emily Assami), Mary Kennedy, and Amatullah Bantley—and published in Saudi Arabia. It is known for its clear, modern English style and strong adherence to classical Sunni interpretations of the Qur’an.

Saheeh International aims to present the meanings of the Qur’an in a way that is accurate, accessible, and faithful to the original Arabic, avoiding archaic or overly complex language.
